  • What is the purpose of a dakimakura?

    A dakimakura (抱き枕; from daki 抱き "to embrace or cling" and makura 枕 "pillow") is a type of large pillow from Japan. The word is often translated to English as body pillow. In Japan, dakimakura are similar to Western orthopedic body pillows, and are commonly used by Japanese youth as "security objects".

  • How to clean my dakimakura?

    All our dakimakura covers (Peach Skin, Smooth Knit, Natural Velvet and 2 way tricot) can support machine wash. DO NOT use chlorine or bleach during wash. Light~medium wash and iron at low temperature. Wash separately from other items to prevent colour transfer. Don’t leave it in a wet state after washing. Wring it dry. Avoid spin-dry and avoid using a dryer to tumble dry.

    1. Remove Daki Cover.To begin,carefully remove the dakimakura cover from the pillow.
    2. Place in Washer. Place your dakimakura in the washing machine with bleach-free soap.
    3. Run Washer Cold. Run washer on delicate(hand wash)at the coldest temperature available.

  • What kind of payment methods do you have?

    We accept Paypal and credit card.

  • Do i need to has paypal account to purchase?

    No, you could using credit card to do the purchase, and we just use paypal as payment gateway, and you don't need to create any account on paypal to complete the purchase.

  • Why did my credit card or PayPal payment fail?

    Most possibly problem is fund source problem, make sure you has enough balance in your paypal account, or if you are using credit card, you could contact your card center to release the online purchase limit, or simply using using other credit card to redo the purchase.

  • Do you accept only US Dollars?

    You could select the currency on top left corner or Mobile Menu -> Setting -> Currency, by default, we also accept USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, and AUD. For other currency, during checkout, it will automatically convert from your local currency to USD for payment.

  • Does the shipping price include import duty, if applicable for my country?

    No, we are not responsible for charging tax or any form of import duty for your country, if applicable. You are wholly responsible for knowing your countries importation laws and ask that you please take those possible additional fees into account before ordering.

  • Where's my cover? Do you have a status update on my order?

    We drop off parcels at the logistic company in 3 business days, then takes 1 - 3 business days for the postal system to update their tracking system with the tracking numbers of our parcels. Use this link to track your shipment:

  • How do you ship my covers/ products?

    Our covers typically ship from China using ePacket, but if you opt for expedited shipping we'll usually use DHL or China Post Express (EMS), based on the contents of your order and the country of delivery.

    Delivery estimates for ePacket are usually around 25-35+ days from the date of shipping, but we have seen rare instances where delivery has taken more than 60+ days, especially around holiday seasons or happenchance global pandemics. If you find yourself in this situation, feel free to reach out to us about the status of your package.

    Expedited shipping is typically delivered within 5-15 business days for DHL and within 20 days for China Post Express (EMS).

  • Do you ship discretely?

    Yes, all of our packages ship in nondescript boxes or bags. There is no indication of what the package contains beyond the legally-mandated customs declaration form, which lists the contents of our dakimakura covers as "pillow covers." The sender is not listed as Moe Market, nor do we include any cute illustrations of designs on the box.

  • Has anyone gotten in trouble for ordering one of your covers before?

    You are soley responsible for knowing your own country's importation laws. We cannot be held responsible for any potential troubles that may arise ordering a design from us which is not legal in your territory. However, we can safely say that we have not ever been informed or heard about anyone having an issue ordering a particular design from our store.

  • Will you ship to my country?

    We ship to all countries. If the logistic company really failed to support your country, we will contact you and provide full refund to you

  • When will my order arrive?

    You could select registered airmail or Express shipping during checkout. You could use our tracking page to track and monitor the delivery status.

  • When will my order ship?

    We will process your order witin 3 working days, then drop your package to the logistic center. Logistic center will update your tracking info within 3 working days, and we will send the tracking info to you.
